Of Use:
You may use our web site for the purchase of design services
from IQlogo or to view our service offerings. All images displayed
on our website are copyright of IQLogo or their respective owners.
All the rights of the logos and other artwork IQlogo has created
and designed for it's clients belong to the client it was designed
for or their agents. We will supply a certificate of copyright ownership
once the customer has made final acceptance of the design.
IQLogo does not hold any rights to the logos created for it's customers
but may from time to time display the work as samples of our skills
by showcasing the design in our gallery. Our client's wishes in
this matter are always respected.
The customer is free to register the logo or other artwork created
by IQLogo under his/her name or trademark. IQLogo are not responsible
for researching nor infringing any trademark violations that may
or may not arise in our dealings with the client and his/her agents.
All trademark matters are the full responsibility of the customer.
REFUND POLICY
IQLogo guarantees your full satisfaction or your money back.
No questions asked. Subject to the following conditions:
The refund policy will not take effect if:
a) you purchased a "Special Offer" that does not constitute
one of our standard packages as advertized.
b) you have approved and accepted your logo design.
c) we do not hear from you for more than 6 months after logo
delivery.
d) Once you have taken final delivery and received your copyright
ownership certificate.
TRANSFERRING THE MONEY BACK
If you have paid using a credit card the money will be transferred
back to your credit card account. It may take up to 10 business
days before the money shows on your account.
If you have paid using a check or a money order of some description
your refund will be sent to you by check.
LOGO STORAGE
IQLogo will hold your logo design files in our archives for
1 year from the time of ordering. This service is not gauranteed
so it is advisable to keep safe your files once delivered.
