Read our common questions and answers below. If you have a question that you would like to ask, please use the contact form. How does the process work?
- Complete the simple Online Order form and payment process. Once you have made the payment your project manager will contact you to discuss what we need to get started. Your personal contact within IQLogo is assigned to you. The personal contact assembles the design team that will be working on your project. The design team brainstorm the ideas for the concepts based on the completed order form and discussion. At this stage, nothing is finalized. The brainstorming session ends and the design team hones in on several strong ideas. Those ideas are then taken away and worked on by up to 5 separate designers. This process can take 2-3 working days to produce the initial concepts. The design team is reassembled and the concepts are put forward. The lead designer from another team chooses the concepts to put forward to the client. This way we ensure no bias and that the best designs go forward for the customer to choose from. The clients personal IQLogo project manager then emails the concepts to the customer. The customer is informed that the initial concepts are ready to view.
- The client views the unique concepts through the private and secure viewing gallery. Here the customer can make comments about the various designs allowing the design team to move to the next stage. The client will choose one of the designs to move forward with.
- All of the clients comments are reviewed and handed to the designer. The designer then makes the requested changes. The logo is then emailed to the customer and again the customer makes comments. This part of the process is crucial and enables the customer and the designer to go backwards and forwards until the client is 100% satisfied with the design. We guarantee that every single customer is 100% delighted with the finished product or we return the money!

- The clients project manager prepares the design for delivery. This includes making sure that the files are in several usable formats for both web and off-line printing. The source files to the design are included. A certificate of copyright ownership is prepared in the name of the client. All the files are then emailed to the customer. A note is also dispatched to the customer explaining the different uses of the individual files.
- Should the customer require any further assistance with regards to the supplied design, IQLogo is at hand. Just send your personal project manager an email or telephone and speak with one of our design team and we will do our utmost to assist.
